Gail Sue

Investigating the history of the surrounding countryside of my home in Gum Scrub on the Wilson River, via Telegraph Point and Rollands Plains are the motivation for much of my work.  Information gathering through researching old documents, visiting historical sites and places of local significance, and listening to stories recounted by locals are all relevant and are the catalyst for creating my most recent work.

I enjoy experimenting with different mediums and surfaces, developing and expanding on existing concepts to discover new approaches through reflection, transcending pre conceived ideas.
